Section 1
Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

- "Account" The individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, linked to a verified identity and used to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds in BDT.

- "Self-Exclusion" A permanent or time-limited restriction voluntarily requested by a Player that prevents them from accessing their account and engaging in any wagering activity on the Platform.
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation." References to laws or regulations include amendments thereto. All monetary amounts are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to 3999com is restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence to allow a person under 18 to gamble. 3999com uses mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all deposited funds returned to the originating payment method, and all winnings permanently forfeited.
2.1 Age Requirement
To register an account on 3999com, you must be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 18+
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
3999com primarily targets players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 3999com makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local law.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 3999com. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, the same identity documents, the same payment method, or the same device, are strictly prohibited. 3999com reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate all balances therein without notice or compensation.
2.4 Employee Exclusion
Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, officers, and agents of 3999com and its affiliated companies, as well as immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold a Player account or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.
2.5 Identity Verification
3999com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by competent Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances pending fraud review.

Section 3
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
To access the wagering services on 3999com, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account where applicable. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 Account Credentials
Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. 3999com will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify our support team at support@3999com.
3.3 Account Security Obligations
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised such activity. 3999com will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised use of your account credentials where that unauthorised use results from your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to notify 3999com immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure
3999com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) the Player has provided false identity information; (d) the Player is found to be under the age of 18; or (e) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action. In cases of confirmed fraud, all balances may be forfeited. In cases of legitimate account closure by 3999com without player fault, any real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment method.
3.5 Account Inactivity
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 3999com may, following reasonable notice to the registered email address, deduct an inactivity fee of ৳100 per calendar month from the inactive account's real-money balance. Once the real-money balance is fully depleted, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time before closure by logging in and contacting support.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
3999com processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment channels are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on 3999com is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit thresholds. 3999com reserves the right to set individual deposit limits on any account at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures.
4.3 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Players must have completed full identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 2 hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 3999com reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000.
4.4 Currency & Conversion
All account balances are maintained in BDT. 3999com does not charge currency conversion fees for transactions processed through supported BDT payment methods. Any conversion fees imposed by a Player's bank or mobile financial service provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
4.5 Transaction Disputes
In the event of a disputed transaction, Players must contact support at support@3999com within 30 days of the transaction date. 3999com will investigate all disputes and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated directly with a bank or payment provider without first contacting 3999com support are considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering
3999com maintains strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Players must not use the Platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or convert funds of illegal origin. Any deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate, legal source will be frozen pending investigation. 3999com will cooperate fully with any lawful regulatory or law enforcement inquiry related to financial transactions on the Platform.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

5.4 Bonus Eligibility & Abuse
Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting mathematical loopholes, placing opposing bets to reduce risk artificially, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus balances forfeited, their accounts suspended, and any winnings generated from bonus funds voided. 3999com's determination of bonus abuse is final.
5.5 Promotional Changes
3999com reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via a notice on the relevant promotion page. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion change will have their balances resolved under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was originally credited.
5.6 Seasonal Promotions

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 General Obligations
By accessing and using 3999com, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information at all times; (b) keep your account credentials strictly confidential; (c) use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and (e) notify 3999com promptly of any errors, technical faults, or discrepancies in game results or account balances.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3999com and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

6.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a wager, 3999com reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and refund the wager amounts to Players' accounts. No winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed software malfunction or error will be paid out. 3999com will investigate all reported malfunctions and communicate the outcome to affected Players within 10 business days.
6.4 Responsibility for Device & Connection
3999com is not responsible for any loss resulting from a Player's internet connection failure, device failure, browser incompatibility, or power outage during a gaming session. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection when placing wagers. Any wagers accepted and confirmed by the Platform's servers prior to a connection failure are binding and will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
6.5 Intellectual Property Restrictions

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3999com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any transaction or wager placed on the Platform; (c) unauthorised access to your account; (d) any technical malfunction, error, or delay; or (e) any reliance on information published on the Platform. This exclusion applies regardless of whether 3999com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3 Cap on Liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 3999com's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3999com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and content providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any false or misleading information you have provided to 3999com.
8.5 Force Majeure
3999com shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failure, or acts of terrorism. In such circumstances, 3999com will use reasonable endeavours to communicate the situation to affected Players and to restore full service as quickly as practicable.
8.6 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to binding arbitration. Players are encouraged to first raise any complaint with our support team at support@3999com, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days. 3999com's decision on any dispute is final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.7 Amendments to These Terms
3999com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal.
